Storm Caroline has arrived in the UK, with 80mph gale winds causing havoc across the country.
Northern England and Scotland are currently the most affected areas, with the storm starting to make its way southwards.
The Met Office has updated its Yellow Warning of snow and ice to severe, which is forecast to reach Devon tonight.
The warning has now been extended throughout the weekend, until Sunday night, with further travel chaos expected, making it difficult for drivers for the next few days.
