Weather Satellite

Predicting the weather is a common practice, and improving on the technology of satellites that detect weather patterns is a necessity for future weather forecasts. Some new satellites in particular are scheduled to be launched with the intent for more accurate data on weather patterns.

With these satellites, it won't just image capture the weather, but it they will also be utilized for forecast data that can detect wildfires, observe agriculture, and scan the quality of any body of water. Of course, the technology is still in its early stages, and it will take at least a decade to fully be active in the atmosphere. In the meantime, tests are underway with the hopes of expanding with some ideas from how other satellites work.
