Winter storm live updates: Black ice expected to create hazardous driving conditions

There is a winter weather advisory until 10 a.m.-noon Tuesday. It's for widespread black ice that will begin forming tonight by 7-10 p.m., according to the National Weather Service at Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport. The advisory covers most of the Upstate where black ice will form as temperatures fall below freezing. Temperatures in Greenville are expected to dip to 28 degrees.
