In Mexico, a 145 km/h Hurricane failed to cause the devastating nature that adheres to the name 'hurricane.' Los Cabos which was hit two years ago by Hurricane Odile, which ended in devastation, was hit again by Hurricane Newton. There are a few posts on Instagram in the link copied to this that shows the winds and the ocean were picking up and brewing a storm. Luckily, no one fell victim to Newton, not even any injuries, but only a few minor damages to buildings. A tragic result from Newton was looting took place in Los Cabos. Five individuals were arrested while trying to rob a few convenience stores. The police were prepared this time after there were a vast number of looting incidents from Hurricane Odile.
